At Norvo, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, processing, and related information.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Razorpay: Online payments via debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within India.

2. Payment Processing

• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, ensuring your financial information is safe.
• COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

3. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment for online orders or COD acceptance.
• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with details once the payment is successful.

4. Refunds & Payment Reversal

• Refunds for returned or canceled orders will be issued via the original payment method.
• Online payment refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed through your bank account or other applicable method as notified by us.

5. Security

• We do not store any payment card information on our servers. All payment transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.
