Return & Refund Policy – Norvo

At Norvo, we strive to deliver the best quality shoes and sliders. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process.



1. Return Window



  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.




2. Eligible Returns



  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect size or item received
  • Only unused, undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible.
  • Unboxing video with the shipping label clearly visible is mandatory for any return claim.




3. Non-Returnable Items



  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Used or worn products




4. Refund & Replacement Options



  • You can choose either refund or replacement for eligible returns.




5. Return Shipping Charges



  • A fixed ₹50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.




6. Refund Process



  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.




7. How to Initiate a Return



  • Go to “My Orders” on our website/app to submit a return request.
  • Ensure you include the unboxing video with the visible shipping label when submitting your claim.
